Top 5 hair tools

One of the most common questions I get asked is what tools I use to style my hair. Whether it’s beach waves or everyday tossed curls, here are all my best finds I hope you enjoy!

Nume 25mm Curling Wand

The Nume curling wand has been my staple for years. The titanium plates overall distribute heat better for a smoother finish. I linked a blog post where I talk all about curling my hair.

Bed Head Beach Waver

This is my newest favorite way to style my hair. It gives me a 90’s vibe as well as beach hair which is the best of both worlds #90’sbaby. I linked a video from my IG to show a how-to for those of you curious to see more.

Bed Head Skinny Pop Curling Wand, 1/2 inch

This is what I love to use when I want ringlets, Shakira-inspired curls/waves. It does take a bit longer than usual but might seem confusing why I linked another curling wand when I swear by Nume. Well, that’s simple. Initially, I had the Nume Titan 3 Curling Set for five years, and then I broke the size I used the most. When I ordered the current model I own, I ordered the 32mm instead of 25mm, which would have been a 1 inch. Since I cut my hair recently, It was almost impossible to curl with a larger barrel.

Remington Pro Professional Titanium Ceramic Straight Barrel Curling Wand, 1 inch

This wand is a fantastic alternative, and while I still love my Nume whenever my hair is not as long as it once was, I will be gravitating towards this one.

The Perfect Haircare Microfiber Hair Towel Wrap

Number #5 is my top choice. There is nothing on this planet I use more than these towels. I have thick hair that takes a long time to dry. This microfiber towel cuts that down significantly. If I want to use a blowdry or need to, it isn’t more than 10-15 minutes instead of 30-45 minutes. If I need fresh hair for an event, it helps tremendously, even though I prefer to curl my hair the day after I wash, at least.
