It feels so good to be sitting in front of a computer blogging again. No expectations, but 2021 is off to an interesting start.
Recently, I picked up the new Bare Minerals Liquid Mineral Foundation. Due to the pandemic, I couldn’t swatch anything, but the employee color matched me perfectly just by sight. The original liquid foundation has SPF 20 and is a medium to full coverage foundation.
The Ulta beauty advisor mentioned that this foundation, while great, did dry down quickly and was best used with a brush. I have oily/combo skin, and I think this foundation was pretty great to combat that, but when applied with the right primer. I swear by the hourglass one.
Bare minerals claims that this light-as-air medium coverage foundation with a naturally luminous finish provides a no-makeup look and feel and is available in 30 shades.
Overall I give it 4.0 out of 5.0. It did give me great coverage, packaging is fantastic but I did feel like I pumped out a lot of product the first time I used it not being able to tell how much would cover my face. That is probably more on me though.
