Nair Leg Mask Review

Yup, you read that correctly- leg mask. Didn’t know these were a “thing” yeah me either until I saw a commercial. I am usually not one to buy something without looking up a review, so naturally, I opened up my Macbook Pro and searched the web for any reviews on the product, followed by a quick search on where to find the product. I decided to try the Charocal version of the product.

I was mainly interested in this product because of strawberry legs. If you don’t know what that is, click here to read more about it. Now, this happens to a lot of people, and I realistically am constantly shaving my legs, which is the main cause of this. Since we live in Miami, smooth legs are a must. Nair’s website states that the mask is:

“natural clay + charcoal draws out and removes hair, dirt, oil, and impurities, leaving you with soft, stubble-free legs.”As well as brighten.

Application process

You have to apply a thick layer to your legs, and ideally, you want to work quickly as you have up to 10 minutes max to let the product sit on your skin. I use a mask brush so that I don’t have to use my hands. I also use this on my entire leg, so I recommend putting on a dark pair of shorts you wouldn’t mind getting some mask on. Then sit back and relax. Once the 10 minutes are done, grab a washcloth, and under warm water, remove the mask.

This isn’t perfect, so if you didn’t apply enough or missed a spot, that area probably won’t be smooth, but overall, wow. This product is excellent. The photos you see are no filter, no tan 100%, just my legs. As far as scent goes, it smells like Nair with charcoal, but it isn’t as intense as regular Nair. The green seaweed option smells better, but it is harder to apply a thick layer. So my recommendation is the charcoal for sure. So if you feel like your legs, haven’t looked as good as usually maybe even a little dull give this product a try and let me know what you think!
